Meet Randy J. Gould
Randy has recently taken office as GMP International Vice President for Area 1, which represents local unions in the eastern part of the country.
As a fifth generation glass worker, Randy entered the trade with Glass Containers Corporation in 1968, in Gas City, Indiana. I served Local 67 as a Vice President and two terms as Local Union President.
President James E. Hatfield appointed Randy as an International Representative for the GPPAW in 1984, servicing members in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He then transferred to Indiana in 1992 where he has serviced members all across the state of Indiana.
President James Rankin appointed Randy Executive Officer in 2000. He chairs both Anchor Glass Container and Saint-Gobain P&M and AMD National Apprenticeship Committees. He also serves as a Vice President on the Indiana State AFL-CIO.
Randy and his wife Linda have been married 38 years and have a son Jeff and daughter Mindy and three grandchildren.
